Terms of Service

GENERAL• Commissions are for personal use only (unless discussed otherwise).• I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable.• Please provide clear references and descriptions.• Finished artworks may appear in my portfolio or social media (unless you request privacy).PAYMENT• Payment is upfront or after sketch approval.• Accepted methods: PayPal• All prices are in USD.• No refunds once the final artwork is started.PROCESS① Send me refs and details.② Receive a sketch for approval.③ Confirm before coloring starts.④ I send you the final digital file (PNG / JPG).• Turnaround: about 1 week (depending on queue).REVISIONS• Up to 2–3 free minor changes during sketch stage.• Major edits after coloring may have a small fee.• I’ll always confirm before applying extra charges.USAGE POLICY• Don’t claim, trace, or resell my art.• Credit me when reposting (@buruburokori).• Commercial rights are available for an extra fee.• Not allowed for AI training, NFTs, or redistribution.DEADLINES & DELIVERY• Normal delivery: ~3 days.• Rush orders available with extra fee.• Delivery is digital only (no prints).COMMUNICATION• Please reply during sketch approval.• If you go inactive for 10+ days, the commission may be paused or cancelled.ARTIST RIGHTS• I keep all rights unless a commercial license is purchased.• I may post finished artworks (unless you request privacy).
